Autumn once again

The majority of the above pictures were taken at the Pirianda Gardens which is at Olinda in the Dandenongs. It is always enjoyable visiting this garden especially in the Autumn season. There are quite a few pathways to walk along and there are quite a variety of plants which are all individually named.

The second picture is a flower of the Bees Gees Hydrangea. The third picture is of a lovely coloured toadstool. Nice to look at but very poisonous! The last picture is was taken along the main road on my way to the Pirianda Gardens.

Lovely pictures Nessie, fall is one of my favourite times of the year. I love all the glorious colour the trees share with us.

I hope you have a rainy fall and winter to help with your drought. We are having a bit of a rainy spring here. In fact we even had some snow on the local
mountains and in the southern passes in the province on Wednesday night.

This weekend is Victoria day long weekend for us, and often is considered our unofficial first long weekend of the summmer. Most of us expect rain, so far we have sunny skies, albeit a bit cool.

Enjoy the colour of the season!
